I’ve ordered from Chicken Delight a few times, and the food is way too inconsistent. Sometimes the chicken is decent, but other times it shows up dry or barely warm. The fries are the same kind of gamble—occasionally fine, but sometimes just soggy. It’s unnecessary to keep guessing every time I order, so I’m probably done taking chances here

The prices seems fair to me, honestly. I didn’t really have any issues and felt like everything was reasonable

Ordering online was straightforward, and the food showed up hot, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the website ran a little slow while I was placing the order, but overall it was a good experience.

I feel like maybe I just came at a bad time, but the wait felt way too long again. I kept thinking it would be just a few more minutes, but it ended up dragging on much longer than I expected...

I tried ordering takeout from chickendelight.com, and it was more annoying than it should’ve been. I spent around 10 minutes just trying to figure everything out, and the pickup info wasn’t very clear either. By the time I got it sorted, I felt like I’d wasted way too much time. About the only thing I wanted was an easy takeout order, but this wasn’t worth the hassle for me.

Chicken was tasty. Portions were decent. Worth it.

The sauce was good, just a little on the sweet side. I literally still enjoyed it though

The chicken showed up really fresh and smelled great right away!! Cooked up nicely too... super tasty!!! I just wish the portions were a little bigger, but overall I was happy with it!!

I tried to make the payment twice and both times it said it failed, but then I checked my card and I was still charged. Maybe I’m not the only one this has happened to? It’s really frustrating and just feels like a mess to sort out

The food itself might’ve been okay, but the way it showed up was bad. The box was half crushed, sauce had leaked all over everything, and the napkins were stuck to the bag. What annoyed me most was the wording made it sound like everything would be packaged securely for delivery, but that was definitely not the case. It felt careless, especially for what you pay to have it delivered

The food was what I expected and the receipt was easy to understand too. It did take a bit longer than I wanted, but I think I probably just ordered at a bad time. Since the order was accurate, I’d still give it 4 stars.

I ordered dinner and it ended up arriving almost two hours late. The app just kept saying it was on the way, with no real updates, which came across like they didn’t really care. By the time the food got here, it was cold and disappointing. If this is how slow delivery usually is, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

When the food showed up, it had mayo all over it and there was no extra sauce anywhere. I had even called after placing the order just to double-check, and they told me it was fine, so it was frustrating to open the bag and see it was ignored.

This isn’t the first time something like this has happened either. If you have allergies or you’re particular about certain ingredients, I wouldn’t count on the notes box here. Felt like a waste of money.

I ordered the family meal thinking it would be enough for all of us, but it felt small for what they charged. It kind of felt like they portion it just low enough so you end up ordering extra, which was frustrating. Definitely didn’t feel worth the price.

I was still hungry after finishing it, so I definitely won’t be ordering again

I ordered from them once and, i was actually let down. It just didn’t feel worth it to me, so I don’t think I’ll be trying them again
